Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of physical education teachers’ management of talents and send them to clubs in the governorates of Gaza, and to identify the differences between their average scores in each of the questionnaires for managing talents and sending them to clubs, according to (gender, experience, and governorate). The researchers used the descriptive approach and chose the random sample survey. The sample of the study consisted of (303) physical education teachers, with a rate of (70.8%) of the members of the original community of the study (428); for the year 2021, 2022. They also used two questionnaires for the study, and the results were as follows: The level of physical education teachers’ management of talents and sending them to clubs is high, and there is a positive effect of the total degree of talent management and its dimensions (talent retention and talent follow-up) on sending them to clubs. The study recommended taking advantage of the causal model for managing sports talents because of its great impact in improving the level of sending talents to clubs and benefiting from the study questionnaires in other studies.
