Abstract

This research will analyze how talent management strategies affect hotel workers in India. Competition is fierce in the hospitality sector, so it is essential to find ways to recruit and keep the best employees. Engaged, motivated, and productive staff may be maintained via talent management practises, including training and development, performance management, and incentives and recognition. Researchers will conduct surveys and in-depth interviews with hotel staff and management to learn more about the connection between personnel management and productivity. The results of this research will help the hospitality sector appreciate talent management's significance and provide hotel managers with practical advice on how to boost staff output via intelligent talent management strategies.
