Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between human talent management and job satisfaction among banks in Punjab with substantial financial capital.

Methods:

  • Design: Quantitative, descriptive-correlational.

  • Data Collection: 370 employees participated, utilising a 40-item Likert scale questionnaire.

  • Reliability: Cronbach's alpha resulted in a significant score of 0.911.

  • Data Analysis: Kaiser's Varimax rotation extracted data from K.M.O. and Bartlett test, achieving a value of 0.05. This allowed 10 iterations for the exploratory factorial variance matrix convergence.

  • Statistical Tests: Chi-Square test confirmed correlations between hypotheses at a p-value of 0.05.

  • Software: Confirmatory factor analysis was executed using SPSS AMOS 26.0, with a journey diagram graph.

Results: A positive association between talent management and job satisfaction was discerned among employees in Punjab's banks with the highest financial capital. Factor estimates from confirmatory factor analysis indicated latent variables with absolute values >0.3
