Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for developing and motivating healthcare professionals in the government health sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enhance their performance and achieve health goals. Through an examination of existing literature and methodologies, the study seeks to identify effective approaches tailored to the unique context of Saudi Arabia.
