Abstract

Cross-training initiatives between medical doctors and nurses have emerged as a promising strategy to enhance collaboration and teamwork in healthcare settings. This article explores the concept of cross-training and its potential benefits for both doctors and nurses. By gaining insight into each other's roles, responsibilities, and expertise, doctors and nurses can improve communication, mutual respect, and patient-centered care.
