Abstract
This study has dealt with the issue of time management and its relationship to organizational effectiveness of the workers of the National Company of Electrical Household Appliances Industries, the Cooking Unit, and that by clarifying the concept of time management and effectiveness and know its importance. The study sample consisted of (70) workers who were chosen randomly, and we used the descriptive approach for its suitability for the purposes of the study.This study comes to answer the following main question: Is there a statistically significant relationship between time management and organizational effectiveness among the workers of the National Company of Electrical Household Appliances Industries, the Cooking Unit ?
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we distributed the questionnaire, collected information and unloaded it using the spss statistical program. The following results were reached: there is a statistically significant relationship between time management and organizational effectiveness among the workers of the National Company of Electrical Household Appliances Industries, the Cooking Unit. In order to ensure the validity of the results. Each dimension of time management dimensions has been linked to organizational effectiveness, and thus it was reached to:
- The value of the Pearson correlation coefficient for the first hypothesis that there is a relationship between time planning and organizational effectiveness refers to r = 0.57**, which is a statistically significant value at the level of significance 0.01, and therefore we accept the hypothesis.
- The value of the Pearson correlation coefficient for the first hypothesis that there is a relationship between time planning and organizational effectiveness refers to r = 0.77**, which is a statistically significant value at the level of significance 0.01, and therefore we accept the hypothesis.
