Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the technological tools applied in virtual education in times of Covid 19 pandemic. The methodology used was a systematic review of the literature, based on a logical and rational approach, in which the search keywords "Technology tools", "education" and "Covid19" were considered in the Scopus and Science Direct databases. A first filtering process facilitated the selection of 5485, for the period between the years 2020 to 2022, a period when the greatest migration to virtual classrooms occurred due to the pandemic-driven confinement. A second filtering phase facilitated the reduction to 42 final selected items. As a result, the opportunity for use and contribution of the technological tools used globally in the transition to virtuality during the Covid19 pandemic is highlighted. From the findings identified, it stands out that the application of technological tools in virtual education has meant an advance in education given the interest of the different educational institutions in their various training disciplines in guaranteeing the continuity of learning outside the classroom.
