Abstract

The study is about analyzing the implications of U.S. intervention in the Russian War in Ukraine, one of the most serious international crises in international relations since the end of the Cold War. because it involves the threat of widespread conflict on the European continent, Between the Russian Federation and the United States of America and the European Union and NATO, on the other hand, and the study specifically examines the dimensions and features of American policy towards Russian military intervention in Ukraine s strategic importance in the Russian and American perspectives and the United States policy in support of Ukraine. Using the analytical curriculum, where Russian military intervention in Ukraine is a challenge to American hegemony, the study gave the United States of America an exceptional opportunity to perpetuate a negative image of Russian President Putin that he is leading a rogue regime, and the United States of America aims to deter Russia's long-term attempts to challenge unilateralism. So a lot of scientific literature confirms that the resolution of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict can be achieved by agreement between all the parties concerned. (Russia-Ukraine-United States of America-NATO) State ", with Ukraine being a neutral State in world policy in the sense that it will not undertake any formal alliances or non-defence military cooperation with either side, This will serve American, Ukrainian and Russian objectives and interests, and any solutions to the current crisis that do not take into account the idea of Ukrainian neutrality will fail. The United States of America's insistence on NATO's right to annex Ukraine effectively threatens to re-start World War III.
