ECONOMIC STUDY OF THE FORMAL MARKET IN THE CENTRAL AREA OF RIOBAMBA, AND ITS LEGISLATION APPLYING INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES, YEAR 2022

Abstract

The markets worldwide have suffered great mishaps that have put the economy at risk, due to an unpredictable fact such as COVID 19 which has caused a large part of the population to suffer great losses in many areas but mainlythe economic, without neglecting those internal problems at the country level that keep many with panoramas uncertain and remains on the tightrope, even more so those small merchants who interact in the traditional markets of a small city or sector, therefore these eventshave aggravated family income much more, so many prefer to avoid formal trade generating chaos and losses for both formal businesses and the treasury, the same ones that have suffered losses of income due to taxes as it happens in the city of Riobamba. In this sense, an "ECONOMIC STUDY OF THE FORMAL MARKET IN THE CENTRAL AREA OF RIOBAMBA, AND ITS LEGISLATION YEAR 2022" is designed, with the purpose of analyzing the problems faced by the traditional market, proposing measures to consider to make decisions.
