Abstract
In the contemporary business landscape, e-commerce companies (e-companies) and e-supply chain management play a pivotal role in shaping organizational dynamics, including employee engagement. This comprehensive analysis aims to delve into the intricate relationship between e-companies, e-supply chain management, and employee engagement. By examining various theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and practical insights, this research sheds light on how e-companies can utilize e-supply chain management practices to enhance employee engagement.
