Abstract
School principals are the agents of change in the school. They tend to influence every nook and corner of the school environment by sampling, influencing, and adjusting it to meet the desired outcomes. The major purpose of this study is to determine school principals' perceptions of the Happiness Curriculum. School heads from the North-East and Shahdara districts of Delhi were interviewed on several aspects of the curriculum, and their interviews were recorded. The data was analyzed based on their responses to explore their level of understanding of the curriculum. These school heads were found to be less informed about the objectives, pedagogy, and content of the curriculum, resulting in their poor involvement in the implementation of the curriculum.
