Abstract
In contemporary society, the search of a satisfying career and the fulfillment of familial responsibilities represent two significant dimensions of a woman's life. Achieving a harmonious balance between these roles has become an increasingly complex endeavor. This research aims to find the complex and pressing issue, leveraging secondary data sources to provide valuable insights into the experiences of working women in managing their professional and familial responsibilities. The study will explore the impact of socio- demographic factors, workplace policies, and psycho-social aspect son work and family balance among women.
