Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between regulatory compliance and the quality of health care service from the point of view of health workers in the government health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study sample consisted of health care workers working in the government health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  This diverse group included a range of roles, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, administrators, and support staff directly involved in patient care and hospital operations. The descriptive analytical approach was used by the researcher to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, and results were obtained.  The study indicated that organizational commitment has a positive impact on the quality of health care services in the government health sector, and the study recommended the necessity of enhancing organizational commitment among health workers by providing training and development programs that contribute to enhancing loyalty and belonging to the health institution and the necessity of improving the work environment.
