Abstract

Ethical dilemmas are intrinsic to the practice of medical nursing, requiring nurses to navigate complex scenarios where patient care, ethical principles, and cultural diversity intersect. This abstract explores common ethical dilemmas faced by medical nurses, including patient autonomy vs. beneficence, end-of-life care, resource allocation, and cultural diversity. Key strategies for navigating these dilemmas include fostering open communication, engaging in shared decision-making, advocating for resource optimization, and promoting cultural competence. By upholding ethical principles, respecting patient autonomy, and embracing cultural diversity, nurses can navigate ethical dilemmas with integrity, compassion, and professionalism, ultimately promoting the well-being of patients across diverse populations.
