Abstract
This study explores the complex domain of culture-based tourism in Toraja, a region widely recognized for its abundant cultural legacy and captivating customs. The research encompasses a thorough investigation of the challenges and opportunities, aiming to achieve a harmonious equilibrium between economic prosperity, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability. By conducting interviews with key stakeholders, this research has successfully identified significant implications for the sustainable growth of tourism in the region of Toraja.
