The sambuvarya’s during the 9^th and 14^th century. like the other petty chieftain under the Chola ,the Pandiya had done many welfare measures which promoted the causes of religious institution in South Arcot, North Arcot, chengleput and other regious apart from that they have taken religious measures idividully as independent rulers, especially contemporaries to the Vijayanagar.
