Abstract
As vocational education gains increasing attention in China, researching its teaching quality becomes paramount. Instructional supervision plays a critical role in enhancing the teaching quality of vocational colleges. This research explores the state of instructional supervision in Chinese vocational colleges, specifically focusing on J College. Using a survey questionnaire, this article investigates teachers at J College across various dimensions of instructional supervision, including its perceptions, content, methods, assessment, team construction, and system. By identifying challenges, analyzing issues, and exploring effective strategies in instructional supervision, the research aims to shed light on the current state of this practice. It offers actionable recommendations to enhance its effectiveness in Chinese vocational colleges.
