Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the media coverage of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis has been handled through Arabic digital media (Al Jazeera.net), to identify the size of interest in the Wagner crisis issue, and to study the communication strategy in building the content of different media messages aimed at viewers around the world. This study used a descriptive-analytical survey method. The study revealed through the analysis of the media coverage frames of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, the tendency of the Al Jazeera.net news site to display comprehensive and detailed information in analyzing the current situation. The study found that the site used media formats, including news and reports, to enrich the topic of the crisis, and to follow its developments step by step, relying on different political, military, and academic figures to address the details of the crisis.
