Abstract
The purpose of this research is to quantify the level of competence among elementary school science instructors in Zarqa Governorate, and to quantify the importance of statistical disparities in competence across gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. The researcher used a descriptive design and quantitative approach, with the questionnaire acting as the major data collecting tool, to achieve the study's goals. A total of 249 educators from the first Zarqa Directorate were surveyed for the study. Elementary school science instructors in Zarqa Governorate scored highly on measures of planning, implementation, classroom management, use of teaching aids, teaching, and evaluation. The findings also showed that primary school teachers' views on teaching skills were unrelated to demographic factors like gender, years of experience, or level of education.
