Abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of the strategic planning governance process on the performance of employees in the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD). A random sample of 350 employees was selected, and the questionnaire was electronically distributed; about 332 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach to analyze quantitative data in the two programs SPSS V.24 and AMOS V.25. The Study confirms significant positive effect of the governance principles of the strategic planning process on improving the performance of employees in the MoSD. Also, it shows that the degree of availability in the governance of the strategic planning process with the six dimensions in the Ministry is at the middle of the average level. The study recommends increase employees participation in the organization’s strategic planning processes and encourages them to express opinions to raise their performance and raising the efficiency of the evaluation process.
