Administrative Management And Loyalty Of Associated Companies In The Peruvian-Chilean Chamber Of Commerce

Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze to what extent administrative management influences the loyalty of the companies associated with the Peruvian-Chilean Chamber of Commerce. In order to verify the hypotheses, the study used the quantitative method, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The technique used was the survey and the instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire. By applying Spearman's Rho tests, the hypotheses were verified and the results lead to the conclusion that there is a significant relationship (r=0.437; p<.05) between administrative management and loyalty.
