The Influence of Mass Media Content on the Effectiveness of Covid-19 Vaccination Achievements in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

Abstract
The mass media plays a very important role in the success of government programs according to the expected targets, the complete vaccine achievement program according to the targets that have been set at this time is the most important thing. Various efforts have been made to achieve the target of the Covid-19 vaccination program in Indonesia, such as involving all ministries including the TNI and POLRI, but so far they have not reached the target set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. One effort that enables success in reducing doubts and increasing knowledge from the public is carrying out various promotions through means capable of reaching the vast territory of Indonesia, namely through the mass media. The method used in this research is qualitative. The samples are all electronic and print media, both national and local, in East Nusa Tenggara. The aim is to determine the influence of the national and local mass media on the achievement of complete vaccine coverage in East Nusa Tenggara. The results of the study show that the recommended booster dose injection for the general public can be given at least three months after receiving the 2nd vaccination. The target of this booster vaccine is for people who are at high risk. The procedure for administering, place of implementation, flow of implementation and recording of the COVID-19 vaccination still refers to Circular Letter Number HK.02.02/II/252/2022.
