Islamic Sharia's Objectives With Its Rooting, Validity & Activation

Abstract

This research is a modest contribution to the study of the Islamic Sharia's objectives, its rooting, validity and activation. It aims to study the formation, rooting, validity and activation of Sharia's objectives, as well as its evidences which are available and numerous both in the Holy Quran and in the Prophetic Sunnah. They are very widely relied upon in the jurisprudence of the companions and tabi'in and their legislative work. It has considerable controls for its implementation, based on the fact that the provisions of Sharia are based on the realization of the interests of the people because the texts are infinite and incidents are infinite. Moreover, Sharia has come to the realization of the mundane and otherworldly interests of the people. Sharia's objectives are the approach that should be a key reference in all issues, including legitimate policy issues, as it is a regulator of policy provisions. Also, legitimate policy is both a way and a method of writing and activating the Sharia's objectives on reality, taking into account changing circumstances, balancing interests and corrupt, and taking into account the reform and preservation of people's interests.
